BEFORE she sported huge cinnabon hairpieces as Queen Amidala in Star Wars, Natalie Portman (real name:Natalie Hershlag) was a model. Here she is at 14, modeling for Isaac Mizrahi's line, before he became synonymous with everything Target. As Yoda would say in that daft accent of his, "Stunning and gorgeous she is utterly."
Also, this is proof that child models do succeed in the world and don't always end up in Promises.

wow
okay, so I hate to mention anything Audrey Hepburn on blogger because it is about as cliched as quoting Coco Chanel in your header, but I can kind of see here why she has been to compared to her before.
Hmmm.
God, I love a bit of Portman; good film choices and no promises. Thats willpower for you.
natalie is gorgeous.
i've always been interested in real celebrity names. i for one, would keep my own name. although it is rather ordinary, claiming a name other than my on would be insanely odd.
she is divine
I think she is truly beautiful. I adore her.
She is so gorgeous. She has that kind of effortless, natural beauty. Lucky her!
I love Natalie Portman, her image has hardly changed as she has ages and her face seems just as young and innocent today as ever.
-s: I think Portman was her grandmother's maiden name that she took as a professional name to preserve her privacy. And she was already an actress by the time those pics were taken- didn't she do Leon at age twelve and Beautiful Girls at fourteen?
It's so rare to come across young actresses who actually sound intelligent. I remember reading somewhere that someone had said she was the image of what the daughter of Audrey Hepburn and Gregory Peck in Roman Holiday might have been, had they had a lovechild. It sums the image up pretty well.
She looks gorgeous!
I've seen these photos before, how gorgeous! She looks so Audrey, especially in the last shot.
